Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our creative services, all purchases are considered final once work has begun.
If you believe your order was delivered incorrectly or does not match the agreed-upon scope of work, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll gladly review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If no substantial work has been completed, a full or partial refund may be considered at The FDL Agency's discretion. Once design work has begun, refunds are generally not available, as time and creative resources have already been invested in your project.
If we determine that we are unable to deliver the service as agreed or an error occurred on our end that cannot be reasonably corrected, an appropriate refund or account credit may be issued.
Our goal is always to provide work you're proud to use, and we'll make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns before considering a refund.

Revision Policy
Each design package includes up to 3 revision rounds.
A revision round is one consolidated list of edits or changes submitted at the same time. Please review your design carefully and include all requested updates in one message for each revision round.
Example:
Change the headline
Update the phone number
Make the logo larger
Switch the background color
The above would count as one revision round because all requested changes were submitted together.
After your revised design is returned, you may submit another consolidated list of edits, for a total of 3 revision rounds.
Any new edits requested after all 3 revision rounds have been used, or edits submitted separately instead of during a scheduled revision round, will be billed at $25 per additional revision round.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of design delivery.
