To date, FDL has awarded over $4,000 in grants to student entrepreneurs and emerging founders, supporting their growth and sparking innovation. Whether we’re building campaigns or writing checks, our goal remains the same: to scale voices, create opportunities, and shape

lasting impact.

Our Story

The FDL Agency began in 2016 as Felicitea Digital Lab a passion project built to help small businesses navigate marketing and PR without the high costs and barriers of traditional agencies. Over the years, what started as a boutique hub has grown into a trusted partner for startups, corporations, and culture shifting brands.

 

Our evolution into The FDL Agency reflects not only our growth, but our commitment to building a company culture that champions strategy, creativity, and impact.
