Felicitea Digital Lab offers limited returns due to the nature of custom design work.
Eligible items: May be returned for store credit only.
Requests: Must be made within 24 hours of receiving your first proof.
Partial refunds: Considered only if significant work has not yet been completed. Once design time has been spent, refunds are not guaranteed.

Revision Policy
Each design includes up to 3 revision rounds.
Additional revisions are available at $50 per round.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Turnaround Time
Once we receive your requested information and assets (content, pictures, or copy), we begin working on your project immediately.
Standard turnaround: 2–4 business days per design.
You’ll receive updates, samples, and proofs for approval before final delivery.
All invoices must be paid before you receive full access to final files.
We value your time and will always keep communication open to ensure deadlines are met.
