Felicitea Digital Lab offers limited returns due to the nature of custom design work.

  • Eligible items: May be returned for store credit only.

  • Requests: Must be made within 24 hours of receiving your first proof.

  • Partial refunds: Considered only if significant work has not yet been completed. Once design time has been spent, refunds are not guaranteed.

Revision Policy

  • Each design includes up to 3 revision rounds.

  • Additional revisions are available at $50 per round.

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Turnaround Time

Once we receive your requested information and assets (content, pictures, or copy), we begin working on your project immediately.

  • Standard turnaround: 28 business days .

  • You’ll receive updates, samples, and proofs for approval before final delivery.

  • All invoices must be paid before you receive full access to final files.
