EPK DESIGN

Once we receive your new content and pictures, we will begin working on your project immediately. Please allow 5-7  business days for us to complete your project. You will receive updates, samples, and proofs for approval before publishing. Final invoices must be paid before you receive full access to your site.

Felicitea Digital Lab will only consider partial returns after sample displays have been sent. As time has already been spent on your design, this is also up to the company decision-makers, and can be changed at any time.

The following are the return policies for Felicitea Digital Lab:

• Eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

• Returns must be requested within 24 hours of the sample being received and approved.

• Felicitea Digital Lab will only consider partial returns after sample displays have been sent. This is because time has already been spent on your design, and the decision of whether or not to grant a partial refund is up to the company decision-makers, and can be changed at any time.

A business week is a week that includes all five weekdays, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.. This is in contrast to a calendar week, which includes all seven days of the week. When we say that your order will be completed in 2-4 business days, we mean that we will start working on it as soon as we receive your content and pictures, and we will aim to have it finished within 4 days of the start of the business week. After you have purchased your epk online and forwarded the required information to our business email, you will need to wait. We will reach out to confirm your order and begin working on your project. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you.

Once we have designed the EPK, we will send it to you for review. We will then take your feedback and suggestions and revise it within a 24-hour timespan. We will then produce the final version of the EPK.
